The polyglot identity
Tel Aviv has a strong polyglot tradition — Hebrew + Arabic + English are common; Russian, French, Yiddish are extensions. The Academy serves families that want all six pillars seriously, not just Hebrew + English + a token third.
Why cascading discount mattered
Pre-Koydo, families adding a third language paid 50% more than the second. The cascading discount cuts the marginal language cost; families that previously stopped at two were comfortable adding a third.
What the outcome looks like
Triple-language enrollment doubled. Quad-language enrollment (rare but real) showed up in 11 families. The Academy didn't add new students at this rate — existing families deepened. The retention math is the real win.
Hebrew + Arabic as a paired offering
The Academy's signature offering is Hebrew + Arabic together (taught with full cultural context, not just language). The Koydo cohort tooling let them run mixed Hebrew + Arabic discussion sessions where students used both languages within the same lesson. This kind of structurally bilingual lesson was clunky on the previous platform.
