Cancel in Account, then Subscription, to stop renewal. Annual plans: if you ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase or renewal, you get a full refund, no questions asked. After that you can cancel any time and get back the unused whole months of your term, with no fee. To ask, email billing@koydo.app. Your legal rights are not affected. Monthly plans: if you ask for a refund within 14 days of any charge, you get a full refund, no questions asked. After that, when you cancel, the current month is not refunded, except where the law gives you more rights. For App Store or Google Play subscriptions, cancel and ask for refunds through that store.
