Every Koydo web surface + every Koydo Edge Function reports errors to Sentry. Stack traces, error context, user flows leading to the error, performance traces. PII-scrubbed before transmission (Sentry's data scrubber + Koydo's own filter combine).
Integration shape
Browser SDK on every Koydo Next.js surface; server SDK on every API route + Edge Function. Errors tagged with surface + tenant + user-role for routing. Production deploy notifications via Sentry release integration. On-call rotation paged on S0/S1 severity errors via Sentry → PagerDuty integration.
Value exchange
Sentry gets: usage volume + reference customer. Koydo gets: production error visibility, ability to spot regressions within minutes of deploy, performance bottleneck identification, user-impacted-by-bug reporting.

Sentry is paid (~$26-100/mo depending on tier). Worth every dollar — production-wide 500 outages get caught + diagnosed within minutes (the SiteFooter migration bug from 2026-05-27 was visible in Sentry within an hour of deploy).
